Modeling of rims and rim mold design are carried out in our factory by our experienced team. The desired model is designed by our engineers in 3D with professional software. The wheel mold is made on extra precision CNC machining centers and meticulously assembled.

Before the wheel mold models are put into mass production, they are subjected to mechanical endurance tests such as impact, radial and cornering fatigue and corrosion. Models that pass the tests after the trial casting are approved for mass production. In accordance with our understanding of quality, we make controls at every stage of production. These controls return low waste, high quality and customer satisfaction.

Design is the basis of rim production. Our experienced design team and engineers visualize and test the designed wheels before production. All 2D / 3D drawings and tests of the wheels to be produced are carried out in the computer environment.

Thanks to the fully integrated 3D CAD / CAM system, our experienced mold designers and engineers can turn a highly complex product design into a precision finished product.

The rim mold, whose production phase is completed, is measured with the CMM device. By comparing the output data with the design from the customer, the production with zero defects is completed.

Necessary interventions are made to the rim mold, which has passed the casting tests by using the most up-to-date programs. In this way, while the product becomes the most efficient, the problems that may occur during the production phase are prevented.
